I’m Cheryl, the Internal Quality Assurer at Zenith Training.  I focus on maintaining the integrity and quality of our provision.  I support staff to maintain compliance and provide opportunities for continuous professional development.  Another part of my role is to support Apprentices prepare for their End Point Assessments and give them the best chance to achieve. 

I also currently deliver the Train to Teach Bootcamp, where learners gain an understanding of the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, understand inclusive teaching and learning approaches and understand the principles and practices of assessment, which enables them to progress into a teaching role or enhance their current provision.
